Having worked as a therapist - counsellor - life coach - agony aunt and relationship expert for a very long time, I do know the difference between a good one and a bad one - or one who is just in it for the money, or one who is a scammer. Unfortunately there are lots of scammers online now, because it is easy to set up a website, with no control over who can set one up or what they say and do.

I get emails from people virtually every day complaining to me about how they trusted a therapist or counsellor and then regretted it, either very upset, or they had wasted a lot of money. So it is important to make sure that you trust the right person.

I have trawled through the many sites - which took a long time! to find out which one I can honestly and realistically recommend to anyone who wants to find someone to consult.

And I have come up with one site I recommend, run by Samantha South, who is an expert therapist, life coach and relationship expert, with over 30 years of experience, qualifications, famous clients, the lot. She has written for newspapers and magazines and been asked to go on radio and television. But what amazes me is that even though she has such a good pedigree she is still offering to work herself, where most of them pass on their work to juniors instead. And she is not charging high prices. Most of the well known or well qualified therapists are either very expensive or they charge a high fee and then pass it on to a junior.
