- Budget. Like all almost all things, everything is based on a budget. This may seem almost contradictory since most of the cleaning agents that are popularly used have toxins or are not essentially environmentally friendly. But there are companies that are sprouting up to use environmentally friendly cleaning agents. These new companies are gaining popularity because of the uniqueness of the service.

- Location. Location plays a vital role to some businesses. They may move to an office that is nearer to the city or to a building that may have some prominence and popularity. With these companies, it is all about image and occupying a space which reflect their corporate personality. An example of this would be the Google office in San Francisco California, which is located in Silicon Valley. Their office area reflects the corporate personality of Google which has become famous for it s food commissary. Employees are treated to world class cooking from top chef teams on a daily basis for free. The rationale behind this, as the company founders say, is that the company attracts the best engineers and information technology workers in the world and these people, who work till wee hours of the morning, need to be treated to the best food round the clock.
