First Aid Courses Provides Cure In Emergency Situations

First of all we need to understand what basically first aid is

? Basically it is given to the injured person on the spot prior to the further medical assistance is provided to him. Previously, first aid was known to treat small injuries like cuts, burns etc. but with the modern education and training its not just limited to small injuries now the first aid can also help and gives treatment to seriously injured persons during the road accidents, in fire or in any incident which can saves several life and all this can be happen because of the availability of first aid courses. The knowledge of first aid course can be required anywhere whether it is at home, public places, school or it might be the workplace where several of employees worked together. I was travelling from Dublin to Celbridge last week and was shocked to see a threatening accident right in front of me when an SUV running at more than 150 km/hr applied sudden brakes, dont know the reason why he applied those brakes but the BMW running behind SUV couldnt control itself and smashed directly into it. I changed my lane, parked my car in service land and rushed to the spot; the BMW driver was bleeding badly. I instantly called emergency number and again rushed to my car, took the first aid kit, came back and straight away gave the treatment to him. The person instantly needs to be given first aid before ambulance could make it to the accident spot as this might make the difference between his life and death.

The BMW driver was unconscious due to the accident I applied the medicine over his head from where the blood was coming out, and it stopped within few minutes. The Emergency services reached the spot after a few minutes and took him to the hospital; they appreciated my work that I gave him first aid and also said his condition would have become more worst if I wouldnt have been there on time. I thanked one of my uncles as it was his advice which made me to go through first-aid training few years ago and I got certified training from an reputed institute.

Now, I feel the same that everyone should take a first-aid course as the problems never knock at your door before coming in your life. You need to be self prepared to go through all the conditions in life. There are various first-aid courses available in the country you can search the institutes over net who provide these first aid classes.
