Go to bed at a decent hour and aim for at least 8 hours a night. You will wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

Talk to a registered herbalist before taking anything to see which one is right for you and your symptoms.

Stop The Stress: This is not always easy, especially if a family member or your boss is causing your stress and anxiety. If it is a person that is causing you problems, stay away from them as much as possible; if it is work, then you may have to look for another job, or ask for a transfer to another department. No dream job or huge salary is worth your health. You can't spend your money if you're in a mental hospital or at the pearly gates.
