The day has finally come when your new dream home is ready. All of your waiting and patience has paid off and the house is ready and waiting for your family to move in. From the estate agent involved with the sale of your existing home to the school authorities, medical professionals and even your kids, everyone with a part to play in the move should aim for maximum efficiency.

That generally means that one or two people should be coordinating the entire group and equipping everyone with the information and tools needed to achieve this. Always give people enough time to do their job properly - such as letting your doctor know about the move right away. If you have access to the vehicles and labour that will allow you to get everything moved yourself, that's good news. Otherwise, call in the most reputable mover you can find.

Be sure that the mover has full insurance coverage and if possible, handle any delicate or fragile items yourself. With qualified and dependable help your move will be much smoother and the first night in your new home will be all that you dreamed it would be.
