Although there is no doubt that the United States paper currency got prettier

, that does not really matter for the blind and visually impaired. If you can not see the bill, you still can not tell whether you have one or a hundred.

Treasury says that by adding color to certain laws, persons with visual impairments have the easier gender faiths. But 2008 ruling stated that the federal government discrimination against blind people by not making bills different sizes, in virtually every other country outside the U.S. is not.

And this is a sad fact that many people who do not see that they use the accounts are used by some unscrupulous members of society. In the court case in 2008, one of the reasons why a blind university professor, said: I can not emphasize enough the feeling of insecurity and vulnerability which I experience whenever conducting foreign exchange transactions due to the inability to differentiate the names.?
