Air Shower Tunnel are fully automatic, electrically operated units that give personnel
a high velocity clean air wash, before they enter controlled clean-air environments. Air interlock system prevents contaminants from entering clean rooms, by containing them in the Air Shower itself.It possesses a modular joinable design. This permits single or tunnel constructions, to perfectly meet the needs of small to large users. Different sizes and flexible models of entry and exit, afford both economy of space and compatibility with user environments. It is thoroughly factory tested for high efficiency. Corrosion resistant pre-treated stove enameled, MS Sheets are used to ensure manufacturing quality that is built to last. It provides a rapid, effective means to reduce dust contamination from individuals' clothing when entering or leaving a controlled area. Air Shower Tunnels are protected passageways that allow large numbers of personnel to rapidly transit into controlled areas.
They are self-contained air chambers installed at the entrance to clean rooms in order to minimize the amount of particulate contamination entering the clean room. Equipment and materials are passed through the air shower pass box while particulate contamination is washed off with high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets. Contaminated air is then taken in through the base of the unit, filtered, and re-circulated into the chamber. To facilitate the proper removal of particulate contamination, they are built-to-order with standard shower duration of at least 15 seconds.
Air Showers Tunnels supply high volumes of recirculated, dust free, air to lift contaminants from personnel, while they stand, or walk through the specially constructed chamber.
Air flows through pressurized directional nozzles at velocities up to 10,000 feet per minute. The clean, dust free, high velocity air provides efficient scrubbing action to remove particulates from work clothes and protective equipment.
The contaminants are directed downwards through the grilles and hollow walls of the Air Shower and then is filtered through HEPA filters and recirculated.

Our air showers are constructed out of heavy industrial grade wooden mica clad wooden boards or stainless steel sheets of grade ss-304/ss-316. The internal cubicle of air showers is plastic laminated and attractively finished. The unit is provided with blower access panel at the side of the shower. The two doors provided on the either side of the air shower are inter locked and operate on magnetic system. The compartment access panels are hinged and made of coated aluminum. The doors are made of aluminum panel and have clear view glass/acrylic windows.
