Now, with these examples, one may be able to notice that schools are now slowly shifting to doing fundraisers for simple or basic purposes rather than focusing them on programs that will fire up the passions of students such as music, art, and drama. It is a sad fact, that most of the money raised by a school fundraising campaign are used to pay bills for the necessities of schools such as equipment and supplies.

A lot of recent studies have indicated that almost 71 percent of parents are getting concerned and overwhelmed at the thought having to do a lot more fundraising efforts. Different school evens each year are not the only ones that are tapping the shoulders of parents to participate in different fundraisers but as well as local little leagues, football teams, girl scouts, and so on. With a lot of things to handle, parents and students can easily get burned out. This in turn has caused parents to ask reasons why they need to do more fundraising efforts. Some organizations are even doing the mistake of running a small fundraiser program that only return a very small amount of money before they exert efforts to run a larger campaign. Instead of doing a lot of fundraising campaigns, schools must try to focus on one. With plans and goals properly laid out, members of an organization will be able to earn more money as compared to running different hasty programs that have not been planned out well. As a result, parents and students will be willing enough to participate as to the reason that they will only be tapped once in a year.
