All folders, documents and other supplies should be neatly arranged in their storage place and away from the work space. You can add a few plants around the office to make it more homey, however, avoid adding too much 'personality' in your office. After all, this is not your relaxation room or living room. It is the place where you will continue to earn your money and be a business professional.
