If you keep employees happy by allowing flex time and providing a positive environment, they will be happy to come into work and put in their best effort. Also, when employees feel involved in major decisions that affect the direction of the company it can also improve morale through empowerment. Lastly, providing benefits like onsite child care, flex time, and healthcare are ways to help motivate employees.

When a company takes care of their employees, the employees are more willing to give back to a company in effort and creativity.
