For getting the credit card approval, the user has to apply for the card. It is required to have a bank account for the approval. The bank where the user has his account can provide the card; however, it is not always require for getting the card from the same bank where the user has his account. In case of using another bank account, the user has to fill up necessary papers to make the link between the card and the account.

The popularity of online trading increased the use of credit card. And for this reason, some of the cards are approved only for online purchasing. In that case, the bad credit record does not create a big problem. So if you fall under this category, you can apply for individual cards. It is very common to apply for multiple cards; however, its better not to apply for too many cards.

As the process is very risky and sensitive, the card provider does not take any chance and approve the card immediately only if the applicant has a really good credit history. So those who do not have a good transaction record should follow the regular process instead of applying for instant approval.
