Give Your Dog A Sweet And Warm Autumn

With the arrival of autumn, temperature will decline with each passing day

. Dog lovers will begin to take care of their dogs. When they are selecting a cloth for their dogs, there are two things they should remember about the clothing for the pets. First, the material of the cloth must be comfortable. Secondly, the size of the cloth must be correct.

When it comes to a suitable size of the clothing, there are three things we should think about. Here, I am going to talk about them one by one.

1. Neck circumference

Neck circumference refers to the length that surrounds the neck of the dog. In another word, it means the circumference of the collapsible around the dog's neck. This position around the neck is also where the collar of the cloth lies. The collar should not be either too big or too narrow. It is best to add an extra centimeter to the actual measurement of the circumference.

2. Chest circumference

Where is considered as the chest circumference of our dogs? Such question would upset us. However, the circle around the body at the biggest width between the front two legs is considered as the chest circumference. This position tends to be the fattiest part of a dog's body with thick muscle and dense fur. Therefore, it tends to be hard to have an accurate measurement. Generally, it is best to add an extra 2 or 3 centimeters to the actual measurement.

3. Body length

The body length I am talking about here does not refer to the entire length of the dog's body. Instead, it means the length starting from the neck to the root of the tail. It should be noted that we should let the dog stand straight and keep its body folding completely during the measurement. If the dog happens to lean sideways, or lie down or be in a horizontal position, we will not have an accurate measurement which is invalid.

With these measurements in your mind, I believe a suitable cloth is not far away. But there is still one thing left for us to think about. It is the material to be adopted for the clothing of our dogs. This is autumn drawing upon with decreasing temperature. We should think about making the cloth with some materials which not only give our dogs an easy feeling but also keep them warm. Here, I believe knitted fabric and pure cotton fabric can be two good choices. In the end, I hope you will give your loved dog a sweet and warm autumn with my advice described above.
