You might even open the door to working things out romantically between the two of you but you can't really do anything until the problems between you have been handled. Have Realistic Expectations Great expectations are great in some things in life. This is not one of them. You're dealing with complex human emotions and it's never a good idea to underestimate them. Be realistic. It isn't going to be all hearts and flowers the morning after. Give it time to work. Friendships are relationships too and they require time to flourish.
