Why? - Because they want to look good. They want males to find them attractive. In Russia this is the main thing that makes a woman a woman- she needs to be desired.

Russian women looking for love don't just expect to be fancied, admired or lusted after just because they are women. They know they have to work at their appearance, and admittedly the competition in Russia is pretty high! Fashion wise they do tend to be a little more daring than their western counterparts, but in a way that is tasteful. In Russia it's okay to show a bit too much leg or wear a low cut top without being stared at. If you have it you can flaunt it, and Russian girls have a tendency to choose a wardrobe of clothes that accentuates their naturally slender figures.

Of course there is the obvious genetics aspect to the whole thing, and Russian women do have a look that many men find irresistible. Even those appearing average by Russian standards seem to have goddess like bodies, and sheer sex appeal that would make even Richard Gere fall off his bar stool. But there is more to it than this. These girls don't just take God's gift to them for granted- they work hard to look good.

Russian girls don't eat much fast food in fact they hardly ever do. Instead they'll eat Sushi, plates of it, complex carbohydrates such as rice, plenty of fruit and veg. Their diets are a world apart from many other nations and they know it.

Russian girls play sports and go to the gym often. When they go to the gym it's not a token gesture- they work hard and know what they are doing. And they walk- a lot, even those who mainly use public transport to get to and from work are still likely to have considerable distances to walk to reach the bus or underground in the first place.

Alcohol isn't a major focus with Russian women. Instead of sitting in a pub for great lengths they are more likely to be out visiting places of interest, skating in Gorki Park or visiting impressive cathedrals in St. Petersburg. They enjoy the outdoors, fresh air, appreciating the beauty in nature that reflects in turn onto themselves.
