. The business report is the medium in which to present the information. Use bias free language - Avoid emotional terms, such as guaranteed, tremendous, etc,

Use impersonal style - Avoid interjecting a personal note, which might weaken a report

by making it seem merely a statement of one persons opinion and belief, and
