Hardin Construction Announces Raleigh Office Relocation GlenLake Business Park Space Reflects Hardin's Growth, Commitment To Client Services

RALEIGH - Hardin Construction Company, LLC announces it will locate its Raleigh office

to expansive new facilities in GlenLake Business Park, effective October 6, 2010.

"The GlenLake location not only accommodates the growth and growth potential of our office, it increases the ease with which we are able to collaborate with our clients throughout the state," said Tom Booth, Hardin vice president and general manager of the company's Raleigh office.

Under Booth's leadership, the number of employees at Hardin's Raleigh unit has increased by 50 percent and revenue for 2010 is projected to more than triple that of 2009.

The GlenLake Business Park location-at 4140 Parklake Avenue, Suite 610-will provide Hardin with about 4,700 square feet of Class-A office space, Booth said, as well as outstanding accessibility to outlying clients.

Hardin projects in North Carolina include RBC Plaza, Nortel Raleigh revitalization, Village at Stonewater Apartments, Tivoli Systems campus, UNC-Chapel Hill MRI renovation, UNCG Aycock Auditorium, Durham Bulls Stadium, IBM/ IPD Office and Executive Briefing Center and Gateway Plaza, both in Charlotte.

Projects currently under construction include NC State facility operations building, UNCG classroom building, Bennett College campus expansion, Sony Ericsson renovation, and Wake Technical Community College parking facility.
