Have Taken Any Time Out to Reflect on Your Accomplishments

?

Sometimes when you're so focused on where you are trying to get, you forget to take a step back and look at how far you have come.Reflection is a key factor when you are striving towards your goal. Why? Because you have to take a second and look at all of the great accomplishments that got you to the point that you are now. If you don't stop to smell the flowers every once in a while you won't enjoy the beauty in life. It's just that simple. You have to learn how to appreciate the small victories and how to give yourself some credit for reaching a goal. Small mile stones turn into big accomplishments. You don't want to dismiss them because you'll look back and realize that you worked hard for success and never had a chance to enjoy it. You are supposed to enjoy the journey; to us that is the best part.

Wereflect everyday! Yes everyday because we appreciate so much of this life that we are able to live. Not only do we take time during the day to reflect on the hard work we've done and what we have accomplished; we also take the time right before we go to sleep to reflect. We use this time as a chance to engage our thoughts so that we can come up with more ideas of how we can grow and conquer the next day. This where you grow because when you reflect on the good and the bad you have the opportunity to see what you can learn from each experience. You have to learn from the good and the bad so that you know what works and what doesn't so that you don't keep making the same mistakes and you always want to make sure that you are always growing.

Accomplishments are not to be taken lightly and you must understand that accomplishing something deserves a celebration. Even if you just stop to tell yourself "good job" or "I'm proud of myself" is a great way to give appreciation to the task that you completed. When you first start out in this industry there is no one sitting over your shoulder telling you good job for completing a goal or finishing a task. That's why it's important for you to reflect and give yourself some praise so that when you do finally reach the pinnacles you plan to reach you can look back and smile at your hard work. And you can say it was a journey to remember. Then in turn you can share your story and help someone else who needs to hear how you got from where you were to where you are now. We're proud of you for taking this opportunity to learn from us and now you can apply this to your life and move forward.

"A little reflection will show us that every belief, even the simplest and most fundamental, goes beyond experience when regarded as a guide to our actions." William Kingdon Clifford
