A leader is supposed to be a person who is a motivator and a person who can bring excitement to a group of individuals in order to accomplish a common and get to their dreams and make their imaginations and desires a reality. This is why having enthusiasm is essential in order to get to the ultimate success in life.

A great characteristic of leadership is having charisma. A person with a very charismatic personality is the type of person who is able to make people laugh and lead through example and style.

In order to have charisma you have to be humorous and have good people skills that will make people like you and like to follow you. Charismatic leaders usually have a distinct personality they leave behind in the legacy they establish. You usually remember funny people that you see on television or that you meet in person because their character and personality left behind something you remember and like about them.

When people find your charisma and enthusiasm they will begin to like you. Remember that people will join your business or organization and they will eventually follow you and become leaders because of you because they like YOU and not only your business. The more enthusiastic you can be the more people you will get to like you and follow you.

This is why Napoleon Hill is true to his word when he says that enthusiasm is convincing because your funny and personable, enthusiastic personality is what will convince people to trust you, adore you and like to be around you. The more enthusiasm and the more of a personality you have then the more people will be convinced about you and how you can make their day better due to your inspiration and humor from your enthusiasm and charisma.

Enthusiasm is contagious because when one person has it everyone will want to be happy and humorous like them in order to make their day better and cheer then up which will lead to them having more confidence to stay motivated in life and make their imaginations and desires come true. People like being around other enthusiastic people because enthusiasm is a contagious and a good thing that people want to have so they like to surround themselves around charismatic and enthusiastic people so they can get it as well.

In order for your social networks or your business to grow then you have to have enthusiasm because it will attract people due to its contagiousness. People who have the most fun with what they due usually have the most enthusiasm. This means that in your business or in anything that you decide to do in life you have to have people there to support you or you will not make any money, leave behind any legacy or get to your lifestyle that has always been in your desire and imagination.

In order to get these people, being enthusiastic and charismatic and having that funny yet inspiring personality that few will forget is an excellent way at getting people around you to help grow your business, desires, success and even your imaginations itself.

Always be happy and have fun with what you do because if you are having fun people will know you are enthusiastic and that enthusiasm is contagious because everyone likes that happy feeling in their lives and you have the power to spread your enthusiasm and develop a huge success at whatever you love with a large group of friends and supporters and even future leaders who learn charisma under you!

The time to start is now so find something that you have fun with and that that makes you happy and enthusiastic and your network will begin to grow right in front of your own eyes along with your fame, fortune, legacy and success!
