Having Premature Ejaculation Problem? Here's One "Fail-Proof" Technique to Boost Sexual Stamina!

But is premature ejaculation a permanent curse on your sex life? Not if you let it be! There are many techniques that can help you beat PE and enjoy better sex. This article will share with you one such technique that will increase your "mental resilience" to sexual stimulation - that has worked well for me and many other men too.

So How Do I Do It?

There are two basic steps involved in this technique.

#1 - Increasing Your Arousal


This is the stage where you start penile stimulation. You can use lubrication or anything else that stimulates you. Vary the time you spend at each level of arousal. For instance, if you are spending around 2 minutes when you are starting off, stay at the plateau stage of the arousal for at least 3 minutes (the plateau stage is where your arousal remains almost static).

When you get to a higher level of arousal, hover there for at least 2 minutes. This is when you consciously relax and tighten your pelvic muscles to manage your level of arousal. Continue varying the pressure and arousal at this stage for around 2 minutes.

#2 - Varying the Edge

The second step is a little more complex, so let's break it up a bit:

1. Once you have completed 2 minutes of the previous stimulation, stay at the level for around 2 seconds and then reduce your stimulation till you are about 3 stages down the arousal ladder

2. Spend about 60 seconds at this level of reduced pleasure and then increase it again

3. Repeat the whole process from the second step onwards till you feel you just cannot go on anymore. The longer you can continue with this, the longer you will last in bed!

Some Points to Remember

1. Since all these steps may appear a bit complicated at first, it is a good idea to have a clock or stopwatch ready.

2. It is also a good idea to separate your enjoyment sessions from your actual practice sessions. After all, if you are always working on improving your ejaculation control when you are masturbating, you might just lose interest after some time. So, keep some sessions for your enjoyment only and confine the rest to practice!
