Life pushes everyone down eventually, that is the blunt in your face true. No one is immune from the blows that life with throw your way. We can run, go into denial, use various forms of escapism but you will not avoid the jabs of life. Those Jabs, want to make you kiss the canvas and give up on your dreams and lose hope. Hope lost is a dark and empty hole, hope found is a promise for a better future. That is why you must cling to your hope when life dishes you a sucker punch. You know the punch I am talking about the one you never saw coming. Everything in life was going fine and then from out of nowhere, boom you were blindsided.

A messy divorce, a broken romance, a lingering illness, a wayward child, the consequences of your own bad choices, whatever life can hit you with comes at you full throttle. The pain becomes real, the hurt seems never ending and you just want to throw in that towel, surrender and admit defeat. A defeated life is surely one opinion but do you really want to give up on your hopes, bury your dreams and forgo seeing yourself as the best that you can be? Every true champion has tasted the pain of defeat, but they just keep on fighting back until victory is achieved. Every person is born with an inner champion who must be taught how to fight back. You can deliver the power punches that are needed to secure your goals and unleash your full potential.
