. The script may be perfect, but you also need the right actors to play the characters. It can also be challenging to find actors that have the required skill to play the parts. Considering all this, it is still doable.

You need to have the patience to find the right one. When you are looking for actors, you should know what it is you are after. You need to picture how it is you want the character in question to be. As with most things though, this could change if you see an actor who offers you something unexpected that you would like to incorporate into the script.

Even so, you do need a starting image of what it is you are looking for. You should advertise the auditions in local papers and on certain websites. Include the title of your script and also details of what it is you expect of the actors who audition in both talent and looks.

Consider posting every other day until the deadline approaches. When that is done, reserve a location for the auditions and make sure it is spacious.

Having a spacious area for the actors will help them to have fewer restrictions when auditioning for the role in your script. Having a place that is easily accessible would be ideal. Give yourself plenty of time with each actor that arrives to audition. This will give you both the time to introduce yourselves and explain to the actor what it is you want. It also allows you to answer any of his questions.

Once you have all the submissions, you need to go through them all to find the ones that will fit your script, and then call them to confirm an audition. You also need to prepare the auditioning area. Make sure you are in a position that will enable you to get a clear view of the actors. Even think of putting another chair in, as the actors may need it.

You should always keep some spare copies of the script in case the actors need it if by chance they forget or lose theirs. Filming the actors audition would be advisable so that you will have the materials to look back on when making your final choice of actors. You can also take notes on a notepad for quick reference to question them after their performance.

Actors are the life in the script. You need to make sure you have the right actors for each character to make it a success. When you have made your decision on which Asian actor you want, you should call him to let him know that he has passed the audition.
