A good hotel school trains the person to be very patient and flexible, because a manager has to deal with different kind of people with different attitude and dissimilar thinking so he has to take out work from them, so the manager should be flexible to work with them, for coping with awkward and difficult people.

* A good manager always motivates other workers in his team in an encouraging way. This always brings out better result and creates a friendly environment among the staff. And one more important thing is, being responsible for costumer's safety and well being.

* The most important quality of a manager is to be sincere with the institution. A manager is the one who should have full confidence in his abilities to handle the situation in case of an emergency.
