* A good manager always motivates other workers in his team in an encouraging way. This always brings out better result and creates a friendly environment among the staff. And one more important thing is, being responsible for costumer's safety and well being.

* The most important quality of a manager is to be sincere with the institution. A manager is the one who should have full confidence in his abilities to handle the situation in case of an emergency.
