These main street shops and offices are often very dependent on the local residents to be their major source of customers and clients

To increase the dynamics and positive impact of the expo being an event, it is very effective to make the expo as interactive for the attendees as possible. This can include fashion shows that are judged by the locals, food samplings and cooking demonstrations, arts and crafts activities and the like.

While this type of activity can't be done on a regular basis, holding a local marketing conferences on a periodic basis is a smart and even exciting way to create new and increased business for local merchants.
