5. Reward Your Employees. Your employees are just as important to your business as your customers are. You should use promotional products to reward employees for great work. This will encourage them to continue to go above and beyond, which will benefit your customers and your business. Without your employees you would not be able to help your customers, so a promotional product as a reward can let them know how much they are appreciated.
