?As we all know, the world that we live in today is completely different from the world that our ancestors lived in before. This is mainly because of the technological advancements that were created over the years. Before, the trend in manufacturing is being done by manual labor. Therefore, the manufacturing company needs more manpower to produce more products.
But over the years, manpower is slowly being changed by automated machines. Machines were created to help workers make their jobs easier. With automated machineries, the manufacturing company will now be able to produce products with precise quality faster as compared to manual labor.
It is also with these automated machineries that a lot of workers lose their jobs because they were replaced by robots to manufacture products. But it does not necessarily mean that there is no total need for human intervention because machines are just machines and they still need to be maintained.
Human intervention is needed especially in ensuring that the automated machineries are performing their given tasks. There are also machineries which need operators in order for them to function such as heavy equipments.
With automation, manufacturing companies were able to maximize their resources and profit at the same time providing products with good quality to their customers. Examples of this are the car we drive. Cars are being manufactured and being assembled using robots or automated machineries. Since the manufacturing used machines to assemble parts of the car, we can be sure that the product has a good quality as compared to the work of a normal human being.
Finally, it is important that we do not forget that automated machineries were created so that they may be able to provide a better place for us to live in.
