How I Woke Up To Change And Realised Future Success Is Posiible! - You Can Too!

After a night of working on a project for my company

, working as a systems engineer, I woke up and realised that the future success of the project might be in jeopardy. Some faults in the hardware had caused a problem and would possibly leave some users without an essential business service. With a sense of dread, I prepared to go into work and inform them of the situation.

It wasn't long afterward, not specifically as a result of this particular experience, rather an accumulation of frustrations, that, having worked in the corporate IT world for many years, I woke up and decided simply that I'd had enough! It was time to move on and create a new path to a new destiny - my future success!

I reflected on why I should continue to work in a job which gives me little satisfaction or fulfillment!?' Why not do something different - Do something you enjoy - Follow your passion! That sort of philosophy...All very well, but I've got a family, house, mortgage etc. And I still had a job to go to if i wanted...How am I going to do it...?

Remember that time when you believed that 'everything' is possible? When you felt completely invincible and that your future success is an absolute certainty? And do you sometimes now feel that nagging little 'if only' gremlin at the back of your mind, dragging you back and saying things like...

.... IF ONLY I had more time, I could do this... .... IF ONLY my financial situation was better, I could buy that... .... IF ONLY I had the confidence to just DO it!

There are many times we look back on our lives and wish we had bought that house, taken that job, won that race, or whatever - right? Look, we all make mistakes or take the wrong path, or simply don't try hard enough at something - and what is the ONE thing that most people DON'T know about why some people are successful? It's not about intelligence or your background, or even the amount of effort you put in. It really comes down to two simple facts....

1. You need to know what you want and set your goal! (ONE goal at a time!)

2. Then you need to not to just sit on the fence, but take action to achieve your goal!

As an IT professional for many years working with computers, I love computers and all things internet - (I just don't enjoy fixing problems for thankless corporate staff!), I took action, got a mentor, and now I work online, helping people, and doing what I enjoy! And that's what I set out to do!
