How Indian Education System Is Effective?

There are so many discussions and debates are running on How Indian education system is effective

? How to solve the problems in Indian education? Many people are telling that our education system is fully fault. In my point of view India education system is not wrong and fault. Every year it has producing good doctors, lawyers, engineers, and teachers. Most of them are experts in their respective field. Then what is the problem in Indian education system? Why our education system is not providing the expected result?

Before going to discuss let us analyze education. What is the meaning of Education- is it simply studying the book or doing any practice? Present situation most of them have a thought that the education is one of the key instrument to acquire knowledge. Here, we forget the basics of the educational system. The main meaning of the education is practicing. Practice will give you the knowledge and how to use that properly. Putting the proper use is important part of the education. Gaining the use of acquired knowledge will give the larger benefits to the society. Studying also comes under education but it does not fulfill the knowledge. In my opinion Indian education system is effective to some extents but need some improvements.

When we are thinking what problems are in the Indian education system? The answer is not simple. Indian education system is dynamic. It has to know both the good and bad points. It means one should try to determine whether the system is effective and if it is effective then till what extents. Of course I accept that present education system is not providing effective, if you see what is happening in educational institutes and the quality of people these institutes have.

Education has provided four dimensions- development of body, mind, intellect and the emotional development. It means education system will develop the people in the all aspects. But present education system is mainly focusing on the two aspects only, that are intellectual and the physical. Indian education need to improve the focusing on other aspects also such as mental and emotional development. It means education also give the importance to improve character and discipline.

Present education system does not put stress on outlooks, feelings and behavior. Right behavior, right feeling and right outlook are important for progress in any society and nation. In other word we say the education should develop positive approach towards life and people. If Indian education system develops in other two aspects mental and emotional. That is the major improvement in its effectiveness.

Another area to improve the education system is to declining demand of the teaching profession. Also improve the schools located in the country. It has to take an eye on the quality of the education. The main reason of the fluctuation in the graph of the education is wide range of the syllabus. Indian education systems mainly concentrate in the quality of syllabus.

Now days so many people are thinking the education as business, I say most not all. So many foreign countries are opening their center in India. Our Indian government also trying to improve the seats in the educational system, but during this there is quality of education is missing. There is a need to improve the quality of the educational system. It will happen when the people know the basic purpose of the education.

When learning is purposeful, creativity blossoms,

When creativity blossoms, thinking emanates,

When thinking emanates, knowledge is fully lit,

When knowledge is lit, economy flourishes.
