It's a wonderful thing, being a new mum however it can often be a very difficult
time as you try to adapt to this new important role without having any experience.
It's important that you find a way of managing this new chapter in your life to help you become a fabulous mum, one way to do this is to try to set up a routine that you and your new baby can follow.
A routine will also enable you to set aside some time to relax while your baby sleeps. Relax you may shriek what's that? Thats true as it is quite chaotic to begin with as there are so many tasks to do to ensure your baby has a great start but once you are in a routine you can structure your day to have at least half an hour chill out time.

1. There are many baby bottles on the market that have advanced so much that they help relieve the symptoms of colic due to a clever design. If you are bottle feeding your baby I would definitely recommend these.
2. Get a Miracle Blanket which swaddles the baby, google it as I'd never heard of it before but after being so sleep deprived and desperate for sleep I bought one and my baby went from sleeping 2 hrs to 6 hrs!
3. There's a new concept in bibs design which are known as bandana bibs. They are great as they look like a neck fashion accessory rather than a bib but their technical desing ensures your baby keeps dry when they drool during the teething years.
