Lob Wedge: This club is used for obstacle shots onto the green. This club is often referred to as the "finesse" wedge because they are used when you need to get into the air quickly and land softly. When looking for this kind of wedge remember that the higher the loft, the higher the ball will go in the air, but the less distance it will cover.
