There are many of us that regret some of the things that we did

. We often wish that this didn't have to happen and wish we could have turned back time and redid things where we didn't do what the evidence says we did. However, that's not at all possible. With criminal convictions, they are one the record and they stick with you through everything you do. It's so easy to get information on the crime that people tend to rethink trusting your character. To begin this process, you first have to go about and apply to make this happen. Some of you might not be able to do this. There are a few things that you have to do and so forth in order to be able to qualify. For example, you have to be done with your probation. You have to have agreed to what the courts have ordered. They will also look into if you are in any other further trouble. Many of you wonder what if you weren't on probation, can you still apply? Well, you can, but you have to go about and apply one year after your case was tried. You have to be mindful that there are some convictions that this can't be done with. Normally, these are those cases that are of a sexual nature such as human trafficking that can't be dismissed or erased.

Once you have filled out the application which is referred to as a Record Clearance Application. When you fill this out, you need to be sure that you do it right and read carefully as once it's denied you are just screwed. When you do this and file this, you ask the judge to think twice about what you did. Many who have had early releases have had an easy time with this. If you stayed out of trouble while you were in jail, then you are good to go for the most part.

The nice part about this is even though it didn't go away, when they go to do a background check on you when you go to look for a new job, this won't come up. It is like starting all new and so much more. You will find though that if asked by government about any convictions that you might have had, you have to mention these as well.
