Many people start doing things with a bang. When they set a goal, they start doing things to achieve it full of zeal and enthusiasm. 4.There are movies and songs that perk up people. If you have movies and songs that have given you motivation in the past, watching them or listening to them again might help. If you have none, it is not too late to find one. Usually, movies and songs that speak of triumph are the best momentum builders. Avoid those with depressing themes. Always go for those with happy endings.
