You feel like you have literally tried just about everything to try and win back

your ex girlfriend and since it hasn't seemed to happen just yet, you are now stumped as to what you should do now. You know that you don't want to let her go just yet. While you are waiting, you need to work on building yourself up into a better man, a better version of yourself. If you lost your confidence because of the break up, then you need to regain that confidence. If you feel like there are things that you can improve, such as your physical body or your attitude, then go ahead and do that. The best thing that a guy can do when he wants to win back his ex girlfriend is to try and improve himself as much as possible.

That way, you make it really hard for her to resist the idea of getting back together. And, if you still are not able to win her back, you will feel confident enough in yourself to approach new women. That can be just as good as getting back your ex girlfriend.
