Then scroll through until you find a few you like, verify they are single on their profiles, then send an introduction email similar to the way you would in method 1.

3. Fan group method. This one is my new favorite, because you've got a ready-made conversation starter. Just join fan groups of things you're interested in, then use those groups to fish for women.
