Still more, people can also move their monitors and keyboards to achieve such effects. Additionally, glare reflected onto the monitor is very harmful for peoples eyes. So try to avoid it.

People should not work in any bad conditions that may lead to bad moods. For example, people may feel sluggish in dim lights. So try to avoid this, and make sure that their work area is bright enough. In a word, if people can make some adjustments in their monitors and take sufficient breaks, their visions will not be damaged.
