But what is a quick way to supercharge your personal power that does not implicate any changes in daily routine, exercise or changes in your diet?

It is changing your attitude towards life in general. When you change how you will interact with life, you can dramatically shift the available energy at your disposable.

Let's take for example an attitude that will drain your personal power. Feeling like a victim is the # 1 way to drain yourself of your personal power. It is the most common and it is the most accepted way of being on the planet. Most people accept people who complain and have a victim like attitude, it is normal and yet it is also the most draining.

On the other hand, if you polarize the most draining and disempowering attitude and turn it upside down what do you get? The attitude of taking unconditional responsibility for everything that happens to you in your life.

By contrast it is the most empowering. If anything and everything that you experience in life is a direct result of you, then that means that you are a powerful creator. If you can hold on to this perspective then you will happily remember to take responsibility for your life and you will also be more acutely aware of how sensitive other people are and the universe is to your presences and to your actions or lack thereof.

In conclusion, If you want to supercharge your personal power, take responsibility for everything that happens in your life, knowing that you are the creator if your reality, a very powerful creator that powerfully affect his or her environment.
