But you dont want to be the black sheep who cant find its place in the group, so you just accept the offer, thinking that you wont have to smoke that often, since you are seeing them only twice a day.

You realize how mistaken you were as soon as smoking cigarettes becomes an addiction and when it starts to leave its marks on your body. The toxins found in cigarettes can affect your body in no time; therefore teenagers will start to develop serious diseases at a young age. One of the most visible effects is the bad skin. Since smoking affects the blood vessels, it has the potential to stop the oxygen and the various nutrients from arriving to their destination, which is the skin. Many times smokers seem to have a yellowish face, suggesting that something terribly wrong is happening on the inside.
