. To help me attain this goal, I carry around a notebook wherever I go. When an idea crops up, I just write it down in my notebook. Then at the end of each week I see what ideas I wrote down that I can run with and which ones are good to work on. You can accumulate a lot of ideas over a period of time by writing everything down.
