? I cannot stand to be restricted to a cubicle all day, slaving away to help get some other person rich while I take home a meager salary. Instead, I longed to be my own boss, run my own business, and reap all the rewards of my hard work. Unfortunately, I didn't have a ground breaking idea for a product or service that would revolutionize the world, nor did I have the financial means to buy into an existing franchise, so I decided to look at home-based business opportunities first.
I have been hearing about ordinary people just like you and me making ridiculous amounts of money from various home-based business opportunities ever since the Internet became a worldwide phenomenon. These people were able to do exactly what I'd always dreamed of: they eventually quit their day jobs because of the reliable income stream they established from their work from home ventures. If I could find a few good work from home business opportunities to capitalize on, I would leave my stifling cubicle and nagging boss behind in a heartbeat. The key would be to find work from home business opportunities with long-term potential while avoiding the many scams out there.The first step I had to take before sinking any money into any work from home business opportunities was to make a list of industries that I would be comfortable getting involved in, as well as those that I wanted to stay away from. Although making money was my ultimate objective, I also wanted to do something I would enjoy. Also, I wanted to pursue home-based business opportunities that were relatively easy to get started with.
