Everything you do is wither getting you closer to achieving the success you want in your business or it is keeping you stuck in the same place, or worse moving you further away. Once you can assess how your activities are affecting your success then you can limit the activities that are preventing you form success and replace them with activities that are moving you forward.
Tip #2. Every night before you go to bed, create a To Do list for the following day. Many people waste time each morning trying to decide what they should do first. If you have a list already started then you can jump in and get started without trying to figure things out. Also you will sleep better at night knowing that you have everything you need to do written down.
Tip #3. Stop multitasking! Studies clearly show that less not more is accomplished when you focus on one task at a time. The biggest time sucker for many people is email, Instant Messaging, texting and phone calls. Turn off your email and phone for periods at a time while you focus on completing certain tasks.
