. This is foundation of our body. The muscles, bones and joints provide the body with the supportive framework. This allows us to have flexibility of the movements, we make with our bodies. All movement we make, including the movement of both the body and the organs in our body, is carried out by muscles,. They can do there jobs because they are composed of tissues that can contract.
We have voluntary muscles and involuntary muscles. The voluntary muscles, like those in your limbs, are under conscious control, and contract only when your brain tells them to. These brain signals are sent via your nervous system. When you exerting your muscles and feel pain, that maybe caused from exercise or work you are doing. The pain is telling you to slow down. The involuntary muscles, like those that are in your heart and digestive tract, normally function without conscious control or even awareness.
Your skeleton consists of 206 bones serving as important support system for the various parts of the body. Bones in it self are lifeless structures but they are composed of living cells embedded in a hard framework of minerals, mostly calcium and phosphorus.
Do you see why it is important to have a well balance diet to keep the foundation of our body in good working order? Have a diet (not talking about dieting) that is balance with lots of rich foods in vitamins C and D. They are very important for joint health. Include foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids that are found in salmon, tuna , walnuts or canola oil. These foods may also help with pain that you are having because they may reduce inflammation. The Mediterranean diet is rich in antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, whole grains, healthy oils (like olive oil) and fish.
Keep your life stress free as possible. Stress can causes stiffness, soreness, aching muscles and even diseases.Get a portable massager to help relieve pain caused by stress.
