If they are just getting started then there is little brand recognition and the conversion rate will be poorer. In addition, when just getting started in business there is a lot to learn and a lot of bugs to get fixed which often leads to more trouble that it is worth. Since you are the one new to the business, you want to be working with someone who knows the ropes well and will be there to help you.
