To get a good and healthy start with getting rid of your belly fat, clear your cupboards of all these market products and while you're at it, clear out candy, sugary items, chocolate and anything else that might be tempting.

Stock up. Fill your fridge with plenty of vegetables and fruits so that you'll have lots to munch on. Having a wide variety can help you try different things each day, which won't result in you getting sick of it. Also fill your pantry with high fiber cereals, oatmeal, muesli as well as an assortment of grains and nuts.

Exercise. Nothing says weight loss better than exercise. If you're not a gym addict and can't find it in you to work out, then don't think of extensive work outs but find something you like. 30 minutes of walking everyday would be good enough or try swimming twice or thrice a week. If you don't like that, then join an exercise class such as dance, yoga, pilates or even kickboxing if you'd fancy that.
