How to Learn New Languages Using Google Translate

This time I would like to focus on languages. (Sentence translatedusing Google translate ) You see, it is a normal sentence and everyone can easy understand it. So that means we can use Google translate more often. But of course we can never be sure if we need to translate something in very strange language. And that is why I wanted to learn some phrases in unknown languages and share it with others. If you know one of the following languages and see the mistakes, please don't hesitate and correct me.

As I can count Google translate offers us 59 languages. And I guess I am a lucky one because my language (Latvian) isone of them. So that will be the first language I will try to teach you. Let's start with something simple like greeting.

English -> Latvian

Hi! How are you? Sveiki! K tev iet?

That is a standard so for me it is nothing interesting. Let's try something more difficult.

What did you eat for breakfast? Ko tu di brokasts?

As you see there is nothing difficult and it is actually possible to learn something from Google translate. But let's try it with different language I don't know anything about. And it will be Czech (World Champions in Ice Hockey).

English -> Czech

Hi! How are you? Ahoj! Jak se mte?

What did you eat for breakfast? Co jste jedli k sndani?

As I don't understand any word except "Ahoj" I should try something more familiar language for me and it will be German.

English -> German

Hi! How are you? Hallo! Wie geht es Ihnen? (I would say Wie gehts?)

What did you eat for breakfast? Was hast du zum Frhstck essen?

Quite a good translation, isn't it? But as the last one I want to try French. I know that lot of people are learning it.

English -> French

Hi! How are you? Salut! Comment tes-vous?

What did you eat for breakfast? Qu'avez-vous mang pour djeuner?

Well, now you have an idea about languages and what theGoogle translate can do for you. More about that you can readhere! So please use it wisely!
