If you want diseases to keep away from you, your body should have all the nutrients and vitamins to shield you from diseases and for it to function normally as well. Remember that you are not only feeding your own stomach but you are also feeding your baby's little stomach.
Have a regular checkup with your doctor. Since you will be reprimanded to take any type of medication without the doctor's advice, you have to consult your doctor as often as possible to check if what your body feels is still normal as is an implying something like having an acquired diabetes. You need to be open with your doctor about anything and everything you feel. Don't take any illness for granted. Even if it is simple and manageable, you have to let the doctor know about it since it might be a manifestation of a serious disease.
