What do you eat forWhat do you work for? Or what do you live for? No matter what the answers are, having a healthy body is always the premise. In nowadays, more and more people are in the status of sub health, especially office workers, including high-tech personnel, senior intellectuals, medical treatment personnel, IT and media staff, traffic police, etc. Here I want to share with you one great healthy sports, climbing.
Climbing mountain is my favorite way to get relaxed. The best way for relaxation, in my opinion, is climbing the mountain with some friends on weekend. It is not only a way to keep fit, but also a good way to strengthen your mind.
We need to prepare for climbing. I am living one kilometer away from the bottom of a mountain, which provides me a natural environment to keep fit. At the weekend, I usually get up very early to prepare the items that I would need in my short climbing journey. A hat, a suit, a pair of sport shoes is always the necessary equipment. What is more, I often carry my favorite pink backpack, bought from online store: http://www.dinodirect.com/womens-backpacks-bookbags. It is convenient to use. I often put my water, melon seeds, and umbrella in my backpack to satisfy my needs during the journey. Sometimes, I will prepare some fruits and bread so that I could stay on the mountain as long as possible.
The way to reach the top of the mountain is most exciting. And there are also a lot of benefits to climb the mountain. First, it is helpful for us to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road, especially in a sunny day. At the same time, when we reach the half way of the mountain, we could feel that a light fog is around us, making us feel comfortable both mentally and physically, just like standing in a fairytale. What is more, you could see many climbing peers both ahead and behind. The people ahead will give us courage making us continue the journey, while the men behind us are a sigh that we have surpassed so many people. In fact, the process during the journey is just like our life which has passed a half yet has a long way to go.
When we reach top of the mountain, we will be shocked by sort of visual impact. You could see as far as possible, the far away building, the animals in the field, the winded road in the hillside, making a harmonious picture. And we could also feel the wild wind, seeming that we have entered a totally natural place where people are yet to develop. We could put down our backpack and find a stone to sit without any weariness. I am deeply moved the thing I see on the mountain, and I just can not help hugging the nature or crying to the far by the sky. That is the magical power of the nature, which could even make me forget the boring thing at work.
The return way is also fantastic. After we have enough rest on the top of the mountain, we decide to go back. However, we will choose another different way to finish our journey. There is a river along the winded way back. We could enjoy the bird's singing the whole way. The high and luxuriant bamboos make it impossible to see the sky. This is good when it rains as we will not get wet.
The whole climbing takes us about 4 hours. When we arrive home, my backpack has been empty in that we have eaten all the snacks. Such kind of sport is terrific, is not it? If you are also a mountain lover, just join us and show us your experience.
