How to Resolve a Contested Speeding Ticket
First and foremost, I am not advocating or implying, that anyone shouldbe disrespectful too, or violate, any speed limits legally posted. Speed limits are determined after detailed studies and surveys concerning traveled routes, road conditions, traffic flow, pedestrian traffic, proximity of children activity, residents and many other criteria with individual safety the prime concern.
Safe driving habits should and must be instilled in the fledgling driver even before they get behind the vehicle controls for the first time. This should be instituted and exemplified by the continues safe vehicle operation of those who will be setting an example; be they a parent, relative or an associate.
The ultimate and best way to avoid paying for a speeding ticket is of course--Don't Exceed The Posted
Speed Limits! Now, that being said, it is understood that there will be times when speed limits will be exceeded either intentionally or unintentionally. Circumstances may require additional speed to avoid an unforeseen stationary or moving hazard, emergency vehicles, etc..
One of the most common examples of exceeding posted speed limits, is Freeway traffic. In this environment the safest procedure is to "
go with the flow" so as not to impede traffic. It is those who want to exceed the established flow speed or those who drive at much slower speeds, create hazardous conditions.
There are so many ways and reasons that a driver might momentarily exceed posted speed limits that I will not attempt to cover all such events. This article is not intended for the habitual speeder. Those types deserve any tickets they receive, and are a hazard to all other traffic.
To all those who know or feel they have undeservedly received tickets for speeding, There are proven and legal ways to help you resolve such fines.

1. Pay the money
2. Pay for an expensive lawyer
3. Try to get out of it on your own
