How to See Chakras and Energy Blockages for Spiritual Healing
Everybody has the ability to see into another person's emotional blockages and chakra imbalances. I recently attended a Houston Psychic Circle Meetup where we partnered up in groups of 2 to read each other's energy. I was amazed when a first-timer who was not very spiritual closed his eyes, "saw" my energy, and told me about my upper versus lower chakras. It proved to me that everybody has this ability.
Seeing into someone's energy body is a technique used in Soul Retrieval (soul recovery), Qigong healing, Pranic Healing, and many other spiritual healing techniques. It works really well when both people sitting together 'believe' and 'trust' that what they are seeing is accurate and that they are sitting together for the highest good of each other.
Typically, I'll sit with someone and within minutes, receive an imprint of their chakra's health. It will show me dark spots, healthy chakras, closed chakras, and strange lines and shadows that I have to then uncover with each person. And that is the process.
When I have someone who believes fully in the process, then the images I receive and the healing that subsequently takes place becomes very clear and powerful. But when I sit with someone who is fairly new and somewhat doubtful of the process, my ability lowers itself. It is with these people that I must work 'doubletime' to maintain a good connection to spirit, so I don't tune in as much to the doubtful energy. After a few minutes, the images intensify and so does the energy in the room.
If you want to learn how to see someone's chakras's health or see someone's emotional imbalances light up on their energy bodies, then first of all, both of you should sit facing one another, look into each other's eyes, and tell each other that, "You have my expressed permission to look into my body to reveal any and all challenges to me, that we may release them from my energy body for the highest good of mankind." Then give your own body/ mind a silent affirmation, such as, ""I now give you permission to look into this person's body/ mind to reveal any and all blockages for their highest good."
Spend a few minutes relaxing, then tuning in to one another. Just sit there peacefully with the intention of seeing each other's energy blockages. Don't use so much brain power. This isn't mathematics. Just be peaceful. If it helps, breathe into your belly, so your mind is off brain-power. Allow images or sensations to reveal themselves to you about the person.
Oftentimes, if you don't get anything at first, begin to compartmentalize the person. "Size them up" in a sense. Start at the 1st chakra or start at the lower half of the body. Ask 'spirit' with your eyes closed, "Show me anything challenging in this person's life as it relates to the lower chakras in their life." Questions like these allow for energy to show you answers. It is part magic and part Law of Nature. But it's everyone's ability, as we are all connected by this energy.
Continue this process of question and answer until your partner's body had fully revealed itself to you. You may discuss what you see with your friend, so long as it's done in a positive way. Remember, we are here to release these blockages, so we can balance each other's chakras and emotional bodies.
Pace Yourself:
I did this process with a friend of mine recently, and we both saw so much and released so much in one sitting that our session lasted over 2 hours. In the end, I virtually blew out a few of my chakras and almost collapsed. I had to sit in nature for a few hours to regroup. So proceed cautiously, never pushing beyond your limit.
With each item you see, releasing it will be part psychology, part forgiveness, part understanding, and part magic. When I say magic, I mean spiritual miracles that occur when one prays or has the highest intention of purity for someone else.
Any technique goes! Whether it's your natural ability to move and cleanse energy, soul retrieval, pranic healing, qigong healing, Christian healing, prayer, etc. It helps to study under someone for a few months to see how to do it, but in time, it will come natural to you, and you'll see the blockages in someone's body change color from black to white or dissolve altogether as you release them. It's fascinating, and your friend will be grateful to you for the release.
Another point is to know that in time, you'll also be able to do this remotely (long-distance healing). Energy is scalar and in all places at once. So you can see another person's energy while talking on the phone with them, for example.
Something to Remember:
An emotional release (chakra balancing) like this can last a few days before one's fear or attachment comes back in and recreates this negative imprint on our minds (chakras) again. Continue with this process until the issue fully releases. Other forms of release exist that can be more effective depending on what keeps coming up for a person.
In time, making wiser decisions that are more relaxed (with little to no tension in your physical body), more moral, and with little to no reaction (towards cravings or aversions) will allow for you to keep your chakras balanced and clear at all times. It takes continuous practice, and this is what "Energy Training" is all about. It's a huge topic that I write a lot about. But the more we train our energy, the higher in vibration and prosperity we naturally become. These states bring about very positive forms of living that are happier and more freed from suffering that challenges all of us daily.
