Room temperature: Make sure you maintain the meat at room temperature before you could throw it on the hot grill. It is a good practice to take it out half an hour prior to cooking. If you had kept the meat in the refrigerator for a long time, it will not give good taste while cooking. Hence, make sure you keep the meat out of refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
