Always follow proper procedures and processes at all times. The corners you cut today will be caught by someone in the chain tomorrow because it will affect his or her workflow or numbers. Don't think you're getting away with anything. Realize you are not the only one affected by cutting corners.

Take Responsibility being responsible for your own actions and mistakes is crucial to a trouble free work environment. Do not point fingers. You are responsible. You are also responsible for your employees' actions. If he or she has made a mistake then you to have made a mistake.
Have a mindset that any mistakes created should not become someone else's problem
Create a since of urgency if a mistake is found. The fix is also crucial.
Do not assume you can cut corners because you found a mistake. You are not the only one with this problem. What you do about the problem will directly affect the next process. Remember this.

Clear understanding of there skills and there job duties. When employees begin to grasp there job duties and began to accomplish work by increasing there skill levels.This will up thier self esteem and motivate them to be better.
When employees are motivated they will apply themselves more, take on more responsibilty and be excited about participating in company issues.
